Indigenous peoples living in the Pacific Islands are forced to flee their homes in the face of sea level rise. Hurricanes moving seasonally through Haiti, Puerto Rico and the southern U.S. are not more frequent, but much more severe than in the past. Who is hurt? How do we respond? What factors tell the story?
